Apothik began as a beloved food truck in the La Crosse area, having entered the scene in 2015, before food trucks were popular like they are now.
A rotating menu of delightful dishes like beef ramen, spicy vegetable udon, poblano chicken tacos, and Mediterranean bowl kept patrons on their toes and excited for more.
In addition to food trucking, Apothik proudly serves as the official in-house caterer for Cappella Wedding & Events!
